Shipping policy
We ship 5 days a week.
Goods will be shipped and tracked within 48 hours upon the clearance of payment.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
- All items will be posted and delivered by Royal Mail
- Each individual item will be insured for the value of the item
- Customers will be provided with the tracking reference for their purchase
- Special Delivery aims to have the goods delivered by 1pm the next working day (Excluding weekends and bank holidays)
All orders are shipped to the billing address. If an alternative shipping address to the billing address is requested, we may ask for proof of billing address in the form of Identification.

- Passport
- Utility Bill
This precaution is in place to protect the buyer and seller from scams and malpractice.

If payment is taken via PayPal. We will only post items with the address listed on PayPal.
